目的探讨三维超声在诊断胎儿四肢畸形的价值。方法收集整理本科室在2011年1月~2013年12月经三维超声筛查出胎儿四肢畸形74例。结果本组包括足畸形29例,手畸形14例,致死性侏儒9例,软骨发育不全5例,成骨发育不全4例,人体鱼序列征3例,桡骨缺如并钩手5例,截肢畸形3例,膝关节姿势异常2例。结论三维超声能提供直观而立体的胎儿四肢图像,对诊断胎儿四肢畸形有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal limb deformities. Methods Totally 74 cases of fetus limb deformities were detected by three-dimensional ultrasound screened from January 2011 to December 2013 in our department. Results This group includes 29 cases of foot deformity, 14 cases of hand deformity, 9 cases of lethal dwarfism, 5 cases of achondroplasia, 4 cases of aplastic anemia, 3 cases of human fish sequence, 5 cases of radial absence and hooking, amputation 3 cases of deformity, 2 cases of abnormal knee posture. Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound can provide an intuitive and three-dimensional image of fetal limbs, which is of great value in the diagnosis of fetal limb deformities.
