目的探讨白细胞介素－２活性单位的测定，编程在微机上实现。方法以生物学方法检测白细胞介素－２的活性单位，在微机上运行该程序。结果使用该程序快速、简便、误差小、效果良好。结论该程序同样适用于其它生物制品的测定。
Objective To investigate the determination of interleukin-2 activity unit and to realize it by computer. Methods To detect the active unit of interleukin-2 by biological methods and run the program on a microcomputer. The results of the use of the program quickly and easily, the error is small, the effect is good. Conclusion The procedure is equally applicable to the determination of other biological products.
