国内用X射线荧光光谱测定稀土分量已积累了相当多的经验。但是对微克量稀土分量的测定仍研究得不够,报导也不多。本文研究了一个灵敏的、精密的X光谱测定法,满意地测定了微克量稀土分量。 Domestic use of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry rare earth components have accumulated considerable experience. However, the determination of micrograms of rare earth components is still not enough, the report is not much. In this paper, a sensitive and precise X-ray spectrometry was studied, and the microgram amount of rare earth component was measured satisfactorily.
