中国科学技术期刊编辑学会成立及第一次会员代表大会于1987年3月4日～6日在北京召开。会议代表来自全国各省市、学术团体、出版社、高等院校、军队等共180人。国家科委副主任朱印兰、中国科协书记处书记陈泓、国家出版局局长武杰、中国科协学会部副部长文祖宁、中国科协原副主席谢东来等有关领导出席开幕大会并讲话,原科协主席裴白生为大会亲笔题词。 会议首先由科期编学会筹委会主任鲁一同致开幕词,接着翁永庆代表筹委会作了筹委会工作报告、张祖刚代表筹委作了会章草案说明的报告。经分组讨论后于3月5日全体
