  During the learning process at school, the learning content of teaching diary impressed me most. The important reasons are that I want to be a professional teacher in the future and teaching diary is one of way good way to achieving teacher’s specialty development. Learning in my teacher’s class and reading the other relevant materials about teaching diary outside the class. I learned that the evaluation standards from students, parents, other teachers, society and the like are not 100% true about a teacher’s teaching ability at school. Thus teachers should have ability to evaluate themselves. By using sound recording, picture recording, questionnaires, reminiscence and the like to write down teaching diary as quickly as possible. And I also learned that teaching diary records the trace of teacher’s development, bears teacher’s conception of life and teaching, and witnesses teacher’s specialty development. It is the essential route of teacher’s professional development as well.
  By reading the materials, I learned more about how to make teaching diary which is very important for teaching process. Teacher’s development roots in teacher’s reflection of his or her own teaching process which involves before, during and after the teaching event. This reflection can be recorded through teaching diary. As a teacher, he or she can write down some meaningful events into the diary and give some reflections which should be guided by teaching theories. Through this recording, teaching events become more clearly and completely, teaching problems can be solved wisely, and teacher’s and student’s psychology can be perceived deeply. Besides, by using teaching diary, teacher’s perceptional experience can be transformed into rational spirit and teacher’s specialization can be developed and enhanced at the same time. Perceptional experience is a significant and precious value for school teacher who should make most of it as an important part of his or her specialty development. However, perceptional experience is not totally right, teacher should use teaching diary which involves teaching theories to analyze which part of perceptional experience is useful and meaningful experience (rational experience). Thus teaching diary is a significant method to find out teacher’s rational experience and enrich their own teaching theories. What’s more, teacher can communicate well with his or her peers by using teaching diary. Teaching is a creatively practical activity and teacher is a main part in a creative teaching process. During this creative process, different teacher has his or her different education background, learning ability, teaching conception and experience and the like.   And just because of these differences, teachers have more chances and opportunities to communicate and share their own teaching opinions and views with their peers. However teaching activities are always changeable and teacher’s students are variable, which can make teacher’s teaching experience develop quickly and frequently and can also provide continual topic and contents for exchange views. There are a lot of ways to share teacher’s teaching experience. The share patterns involve two forms. The first is a direct way which involves phone and face to face communication. The second is indirect way which is finished in written form, such as teaching. And with the development of science and technology, teaching diary can be written on the net. For example, teacher can use Weibo or WeChat to share their own teaching experience which could be read by his or her peers or the people who want to know more about students’ teaching. Teacher ca also post some educational problems on the net for read and discuss.
  If you want to write a teaching diary, you can find out some educational things that you like or some problems that need to be resolved as soon as possible. If the things mentioned above cannot be found, teaching process can be recorded entirely in teaching diary. By analyzing the educational problems or events from teaching diary, teacher should find out the reasons and purpose to improve and guide their following teaching process. Actually, the process of writing down teaching diary is the process of teaching research. Teaching diary provides real education events and realistic theme for teacher’s specialty development. And teacher’s professional emotion and morality can be improved and enhanced. Teaching diary depends on teacher’s persistence, but teaching is a complicated and time-limited thing. Therefore, as a teacher, if he or she fell tired or time-limited, the meaningful and valuable things can be recorded into diary and these events should be analyzed and summarized, which are important for students’ learning and teacher’s specialty development as well as theoretical exploration of Chinese education.
