To sum up the historical multiplication, the progress of human society and human civilization is almost no more than two methods or two means, that is, neither revolution nor improvement. Improvement is evolution, whereas revolulion means - in the sense of etymology, borrowing a term “Cultural Revolution” - “turning it all over the place.” Or to say that improvement is not essential at all. Only local minor repairs and minor reparations are carried out, while revolution is a radical major surgery. A sick to seek medical treatment, should be the right medicine, but not non-major surgery can not be surgery, the larger the better. Some diseases require major surgery, some just minor surgery, and some do not even require surgery
