一、序言人工晶体植入术普及之后,人们对手术提出了更苛刻的评价与要求:术后及早恢复工作与生活,高质量的裸眼视力。这就迫使手术者必需做到使切口更加稳定,尽量减少术后手术性散光。这就要求手术者必需充分了解切口在手术中的作用,它不仅是进入前房不可缺少的途径,又是影响眼球完整性和角膜稳定性的最重要的手术步骤。现在人们已经认识到,传统的角膜缘弧形切口和放射状缝线,稳定性差,是引起手术性散光的主要因素。为此,现在发现了一种富有前途的新式切口建造术,即无缝线小切口术,主要构成包括眉状外切口,巩膜隧道,角膜瓣自身封闭式内切口。
