随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高,以及市场经济体制的建立和不断完善,房地产作为一种重要的投资对象,其虚拟性在逐步显现。本文从虚拟经济的含义、产生与发展着手,剖析了房地产具有虚拟性的原因,在此基础上,探讨了房地产价格形成机制、房地产泡沫的判别依据及其形成原因,揭示了房地产的虚拟性对房地产泡沫产生的影响,总结了学者们对于处理房地产泡沫的政策建议;考虑应对房地产泡沫问题、促进我国房地产健康发展的政策措施时,应充分考虑房地产的虚拟性。
With the continuous improvement of the level of economic development in our country and the establishment and continuous improvement of the market economy system, real estate as an important investment target has gradually emerged its virtuality.
