长非编码RNA(long noncoding RNAs,lncRNAs)是一组长度>200个核苷酸、缺少特异完整的开放阅读框、无蛋白质编码功能的RNA。
Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a set of RNAs that are> 200 nucleotides in length and lack specific open reading frames and have no protein-coding function. Studies have shown that lncRNAs can participate in epigenetic modification, play an important role in the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of liver cancer. In addition, lncRNAs can induce liver cancer chemotherapy drug resistance and lead to chemotherapy failure, to the treatment of liver cancer more difficult. In this paper, the characteristics of lncRNAs related to hepatocellular carcinoma, their roles in hepatocellular carcinoma and their molecular mechanisms are briefly reviewed to provide new ideas for the gene diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
