对离心泵蜗壳内部三维不可压湍流流动进行了数值模拟 ,计算采用了修正了的标准k -ε湍流模型和SIMPLEC算法。计算结果揭示了蜗壳内流道的压力及速度分布规律 ,为离心泵的性能预测及优化设计提供了依据
The three-dimensional incompressible turbulent flow in the volute case of a centrifugal pump was numerically simulated. The modified standard k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm were used. The calculation results reveal the distribution of pressure and velocity in the flow path inside the volute, which provides a basis for the performance prediction and optimal design of the centrifugal pump
