研究了镉(Ⅱ)-4,5-二溴苯基荧光酮(Br-PF)-CPB-吐温80多元配合物的显色条件及其应用。结果表明,在 ph10.0~12.0介质中,形成摩尔比为 Cd(Ⅱ):Br-PF:CPB=1:1:2的高灵敏配合物。其ε_(614)=1.8×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),体系如在酒石酸盐存在下,其ε_(610)增至2.1×10~5,是镉的增溶光度法中最灵敏的方法之一。Cd(Ⅱ)在0~4.0μg/10 mL 范围内遵守比耳定律。在掩蔽剂存在下,方法具有一定的选择性。用本法测定了废水和土壤中的镉,其结果和原子吸收光谱法的相符合。
The conditions for the color development of cadmium (Ⅱ) -4,5-dibromophenylfluorone (Br-PF) -CPB-Tween 80 complex and their application were studied. The results showed that a highly sensitive complex with molar ratio of Cd (Ⅱ): Br-PF: CPB = 1: 1: 2 was formed in ph10.0 ~ 12.0 medium. Its ε_ (614) = 1.8 × 10 ~ 5L · mol -1 (cm -1), the system as in the presence of tartrate, its ε_ (610) increased to 2.1 × 10 ~ 5, is cadmium One of the most sensitive methods in solubilometry. Beer’s law is obeyed by Cd (Ⅱ) in the range of 0 ~ 4.0 μg / 10 mL. In the presence of masking agents, the method has some selectivity. Determination of cadmium in wastewater and soil by this method is consistent with atomic absorption spectrometry.
