未经烘干的新砂给过筛带来很大困难,过去用手工筛砂,劳动强度很高,生产效率很低。根据这种情况,厂领导要求我们一定要把笨重的体力劳动解放出来。设计人员经过学习毛主席著作,改变了过去苦思闷想的设计方法,深入现踢与操作人员一起参加劳动,摸索第一性资料,在不大长的时间内设计出一台冲击式筛砂机(见图),经过一年多的使用,筛含水量15%的湿砂,效果较好,生产效率较高,适应范围较广,用起来机动灵活。
