为了探讨广西东兰乌鸡异地小群体保种的效果,本研究利用21对荧光标记微卫星引物对广西东兰乌鸡原产地和广西壮族自治区畜牧研究所保种场(异地)群体的群体有效等位基因数(Ne)、观察杂合度(Ho)、期望杂合度(He)、Nei′s期望杂合度和多态信息含量(PIC)进行了分析。结果显示:广西乌鸡原产地保种群体Ne、Ho、He、Nei′s期望杂合度和PIC分别为3.7784、0.6685、0.7004、0.6931和0.6468,异地保种群体的相应各指数分别为3.4046、0.6553、0.678、0.6692和0.6202。所有指数在原产地和异地群体中差异均不显著(P>0.05)。研究提示广西地方鸡品种采取异地小群体保种的方法是可行的。
In order to study the effect of Guangxi Donglan black-bone chicken on the small-scale conservation of alien species in different places, 21 pairs of fluorescent-labeled microsatellite primers were used to validate the populations of Guangxi Donglaniu chicken and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Livestock Breeding Institute (Ne), observed heterozygosity (Ho), expected heterozygosity (He), Nei’s expected heterozygosity and polymorphism information content (PIC) were analyzed. The results showed that the expected heterozygosities and PICs of Ne, Ho, He, Nei’s were 3.7784, 0.6685, 0.7004, 0.6931 and 0.6468, respectively, while the corresponding indexes of the three groups were 3.4046 and 0.6553, 0.678, 0.6692 and 0.6202. All indices were not significantly different between origin and off-site groups (P> 0.05). Research suggests that Guangxi local chicken breeds to take a small group of different ways to protect seed is feasible.
