声表面波(SAW)器件在战术通信设备中的应用颇广,这类器件已用来实现诸如带通滤波、延迟、匹配滤波、调制等信号处理功能及其他各种功能。 本文就利用SAW技术实现跳频(FH)合成器的几种途径作一简单介绍。其中包括SAW线性调频脉冲(Chirp)滤波器混频的FH合成器,SAW抽头延迟线实现的FH波形,SAW振荡器实现的FH波形,以及SAW滤波器直接合成FH波形。
Surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices are widely used in tactical communications equipment and have been used to implement signal processing functions such as band-pass filtering, delay, matched filtering, modulation and many more. In this paper, SAW technology to achieve frequency hopping (FH) synthesizer several ways to make a brief introduction. These include FH synthesizers mixed with SAW chirp filters, FH waveforms implemented with SAW tapped delay lines, FH waveforms implemented with SAW oscillators, and FH waveforms synthesized directly with SAW filters.
