目的：分析探讨个性化护理在乳腺癌术后护理中的应用效果。方法选择在2014年4月~2015年6月入住汕头大学医学院附属肿瘤医院的80例乳腺癌术后患者作为本次研究的对象，将80例患者按手术先后顺序编号排序，随机分为两组各40例，单号入对照组，双号人试验组，对照组患者在护理过程中实行常规护理，实验组在护理过程中实行个性化护理，并在护理结束后，对比分析两组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数和并发症发生率。结果实验组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数为(3.87±1.22)分，对照组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数为(10.45±5.67)分(<0.05)；实验组患者的并发症例数少于对照组患者：3(7.5%)vs 14(35%)(<0.05)。结论个性化护理对乳腺癌术后患者具有积极的护理效果，能有效改善患者的生活质量，减少并发症的发生，建议临床上推广该护理模式。“,”Objective To analyze the effect of individual nursing on the mammary cancer patients.Methods From Apr.2014 to Jun.2015 there are 80 mammary cancer patients in our hospital.And divide them into two groups:the control group who use regular nursing and the observation group who use individual nursing.Results The Pittsburgh sleep quality index and the complication rate of the observation group are better than the control group ( ﹤0.05).Conclusion The effect of individual nursing is obvious and it can decrease the complication rate and promote the patients’life quality.
