目前，对腰椎间盘突出症（简称腰突症）的保守疗法首选腰椎牵引。但临床实践发现，为数不少的病员疗效不明显，更有甚者，牵引治疗后症状加重。这多见于曾经做过腰椎间盘摘除术的患者。近半年来，我科采用新型中功率ＭＤＣ－５００型半导体激光治疗机治疗腰突症，获得满意疗效 At present, the conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation (referred to as lumbar disc herniation) preferred lumbar traction.
