以山葡萄种质资源的成熟1年生休眠枝条为试材,测定了不同梯度低温处理下电导率的变化,采用相对电导率拟合Logistic方程,计算低温半致死温度(LT50),鉴定不同山葡萄种质资源的抗寒性。结果表明:用Logistic方程进行拟合后,拟合度高,所求低温半致死温度准确可信,可作为山葡萄抗寒性鉴定指标;试验的9份山葡萄种质资源间抗寒性存在一定差异,低温半致死温度范围为-31.98~-39.41℃,种质资源的抗寒性与枝条成熟度无明显相关性。
Taking the mature 1-year-old dormant branches of the germplasm resources of mountain grape as materials, the changes of the conductivity under different gradient low temperature treatments were measured. The Logistic equation was fitted by the relative conductivity, the LT50 was calculated, Cold hardiness of resources. The results showed that the logistic equation was fit, the fitting degree was high, and the semi-lethal temperature at low temperature was accurate and credible, which could be used as the identification index of cold hardiness of Vitis amurensis. There were some differences in the cold resistance among the 9 Vitis vinifera resources , The lethal temperature range of low temperature was -31.98 ~ -39.41 ℃, the cold resistance of germplasm resources had no significant correlation with the branch maturity.
