目的探索纯化水管路最佳消毒间隔时间,为器械清洗提供合格的纯化水。方法在不同时间点取纯化水制水管路始端和末端水样进行微生物培养,计算菌落数。结果消毒处理前纯化水管路始末端细菌污染严重,消毒处理后纯化水管路始末端细菌明显减少,间隔2个月始末端纯化水菌落数均小于间隔3个月者,间隔1月时纯化水管路始末端菌落数均为0。结论纯化水管路如不定期进行消毒,细菌污染十分严重,消毒间隔时间越短,纯化水越干净,每月消毒一次纯化水管路可以为器械清洗提供合格的纯化水。
Objective To explore the best disinfection interval of purified water pipeline and provide qualified purified water for instrument cleaning. Methods At different time points, the water samples were taken from the beginning and the end of the purified water pipeline for microbial culture, and the number of colonies was calculated. Results Before the disinfection, the bacteria in the beginning and end of the purified water pipeline was seriously polluted. After the disinfection, the number of bacteria in the beginning and end of the purified water pipe decreased significantly. The numbers of the purified water in the beginning and end of the interval 2 months were all less than 3 months. Beginning and end colonies are all 0. Conclusions The purified water pipeline can be disinfected irregularly. The bacterial contamination is very serious. The shorter the disinfection interval, the cleaner the purified water. Once a month, the purified water pipeline can provide qualified purified water for instrument cleaning.
