本文通过分析管理思想的变化路径,企图寻找企业竞争优势着眼点的变化趋势。发现企业核心竞争优势从之前的局限于内部:强调对内部资源(“物”和人)的有效利用,到现在联系外部环境:强调与产品生产链上下游企业形成利益共同体的变化。以前的企业竞争优势管理只是着眼于企业自身,但是今后企业想要在全球化视角下的竞争中取得一席之地,就必须联合“周围”的企业,形成强势的一个整体。
This article analyzes the path of change in management thinking in an attempt to find the changing trend of the company’s competitive advantage. It is found that the core competitive advantage of the enterprise has been confined to the interior from the past: emphasizing the effective use of internal resources (“things” and people), and linking the external environment to the present: emphasizing the changes in the profit community formed by the upstream and downstream enterprises in the product production chain. The previous management of corporate competitive advantage was only focused on the company itself, but in the future, if companies want to gain a place in the competition from a global perspective, they must unite the “around” companies and form a strong overall.
