机电部十四所研制成功的“89—3阻燃环氧灌封料”是一种双组分的环氧树脂灌封料,A组分为环氧树脂体系,B组分为固化体系。由于配方设计中采用了新型增韧性,降低了灌封料的粘度,保证了对变压器线包狭小空间的良好浸润,又使固化产物具有较高韧性,使灌封的变压器高低温冲击性能优异。同时利用了卤素阻燃剂与磷系阻燃剂协同阻燃,在较低阻燃剂用量的情况下,使阻燃级达到UL94v—0级;使灌封材料保持了良好的综合性能。
The “89-3 Flame Retardant Epoxy Potting Compound” developed by the electromechanical department fourteen is a two-component epoxy potting compound. The A component is an epoxy resin system and the B component is a curing system.
