随着我国交通公路建设的不断发展,大桥及特大桥梁的建设也日益增多,建设高质量的水泥混凝土桥面铺装薄层显得尤为重要。作为桥梁行车体系过程中的重要组成部分,桥面铺装层的质量优异与否对车辆行驶的安全性和舒适性乃至对保护桥梁的结构都具有重要的意义。而为了减轻桥梁所承受的荷载,在一些实际的工程建设过程中通常采用薄层加铺技术进行桥面铺装。本文结合在水泥混凝土桥面铺装薄层的具体的工程实例,对水泥混凝土桥面铺装薄层加铺技术进行了深入的探讨及研究,希望对类似工程起到积极的借鉴作用。
With the continuous development of China’s transportation highway construction, the construction of bridges and super-large bridges is also increasing. It is particularly important to build high-quality concrete bridge deck pavement. As an important part of the bridge driving system, the excellent quality of the deck pavement plays an important role in the safety and comfort of the vehicle and even in the structure of the bridge. In order to reduce the load borne by the bridge, the deck paving is usually carried out by means of the thin layer overlay technique in some practical engineering construction. In this paper, the cement concrete deck pavement thin concrete examples of the concrete deck bridge deck paving technology in-depth discussion and study, hoping to play a positive reference for similar projects.
