Female patient, 42 years old. Paroxysmal abdominal pain in the right upper abdomen with fever and nausea for 20 days. The upper right abdomen has a relatively firm contact pressure, and there is a pronounced vibration sound. About 4cm below the costal margin of the liver, tenderness.
