狭叶荨麻Urtica angustifolia别名蜇麻子、蝎子草,多年生草本植物。在我省各林区广泛分布。它可调节人们的食物结构,又有一定的药用价值,在民间深受喜爱;其纤维可作纺织原料,具有一定利用价值。1 生境 多生长在海拔400～800米的山地。在林中湿润地、林缘湿地和灌丛间常单株连片生长;在水泡边、碎石坡上、山野多荫地及采伐迹地内常丛状连片生长。火烧迹地多大面积生长。2 形态 地上部分除花外呈绿色,略带黄,疏生蜇毛。茎直立,高50～150厘米,钝4棱形。叶对生,叶片披针形或长圆状披针形,边缘粗锯齿,有3条主脉。花黄色,簇生,雌雄异株。瘦果,广椭圆形。花期七八月,果期八九月。3 采集与加工3.1 幼苗 春季采集,株高在30厘米以内时茎叶都嫩,含有的营养价值最高。焯一下,供食用,或制成盐渍品、干制品长期贮存。3.2 全草 七八月份采收,阴干供药用。3.3 茎秆 9月间茎秆黄萎前割取,捆成小捆,置水中10天左右,取出剥皮晒干成麻;或将茎秆鲜剥皮,晒干成为麻。3.4 根 停止生长时挖取,泥土洗净,阴干供药用。
