本文测定了中国科学院红壤生态实验站内林地、不同施肥制度的红壤旱地和受有机农药污染地的土壤微生物生物量,探讨了土壤微生物生物量作为红壤生态系统土壤质量生物指标的可行性。结果表明,土壤微生物生物量能够灵敏地反映出不同植被对红壤生态系统的修复或重建作用,反映了不同施肥制度对红壤可耕地培肥作用的差异,以及检测出多效唑和杀虫眯对土壤的污染。因此,土壤微生物生物量可以作为红壤生态系统土壤质量的生物指标。
In this paper, we measured the soil microbial biomass in the red soil ecological experiment station of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the red soil of different fertilization systems and the soil polluted by organic pesticides, and discussed the feasibility of soil microbial biomass as a biomarker of red soil ecosystem quality. The results showed that soil microbial biomass could sensitively reflect the effect of different vegetation restoration or rebuilding on the red soil ecosystem, reflecting the difference of fertilizing effects of different fertilization systems on arable land in red soil, as well as detecting the effect of paclobutrazol and insecticide on soil Pollution. Therefore, soil microbial biomass can serve as a biological indicator of soil quality in red soil ecosystems.
