一、前言低压等离子喷涂(LPPS)技术是七十年代初期西德的发动机和透平机(MTU)公司提出的,该项技术是热喷涂技术发展中的最新技术之一。尽管由于该项技术较为复杂和投资昂贵,使它的推广应用受到一定的影响,但是由于该项技术所获得的涂层质量是大气条件下的等离子喷涂所无法获得的。
I. Introduction Low Pressure Plasma Spraying (LPPS) technology was introduced by West Germany’s engine and turbine unit (MTU) in the early 1970s and is one of the latest technologies in thermal spray technology. Although the technology is more complex and expensive to use, its application has been affected to some extent. However, the coating quality obtained by this technique is not available under the atmospheric conditions of plasma spraying.
