微纳层共挤出技术是通过在传统共挤口模处安装若干层倍增器制备交替多层聚合物功能复合材料的一种高效、便捷的方法。层倍增器中独特的流道设计和特殊力场作用是实现聚合物层状熔体高效叠加和对多相体系形态进行原位调控的关键。研究发现,通过两相交替层状排布形成的受限层空间和丰富的层界面可以赋予材料独特的力学、阻隔、光电等性能。本文结合我们在微纳层状复合材料方面的研究,对近年来有关聚合物微纳层状复合结构与性能的研究进展进行综述。
Micro-nano co-extrusion technology is an efficient and convenient method for preparing alternating multi-layered polymer functional composites by installing several layers of multipliers at conventional coextrusion dies. The unique flow path design and special force field in layer multiplier are the keys to achieve efficient superposition of polymer layered melts and in-situ regulation of multiphase system morphology. It is found that the confined space and the rich layer interface formed by alternate arrangement of two phases can give material unique mechanical, barrier and photoelectric properties. In this paper, we review the recent progress in the study of micro / nano-layered composite structures and properties of micro / nano-layered composites.
