分析了病虫测报体系建设和测报技术发展面临的多种挑战,提出以新型测报工具研发与应用为重点,以病虫监测“自动化、智能化、信息化、网络化”为内在要求,构建立体式、交互式的四川“智慧测报”体系,即在省、市、县、乡、村建设采集层、数据层、模型层、决策层、发布层、响应层,实现病虫自动监测、模型预警、科学决策、快速响应功能,提高精准测报水平,强化植保公益性职能,服务现代农业发展。
This paper analyzes the various challenges faced by the construction of pest forecasting system and the development of forecasting technology. It puts forward that the focus of research and development and application of new forecasting tools is based on the inherent requirements of pest monitoring, automation, intelligence, informatization and networking. Constructing a three-dimensional and interactive system of “intelligence measurement and forecasting” in Sichuan Province, that is, building acquisition and data layers, model layers, decision-making layers, publishing layers and response layers in provinces, cities, counties, townships and villages, Monitoring, early warning of models, scientific decision-making, quick response function, raising the level of precision measurement and reporting, strengthening the public welfare function of plant protection and serving the development of modern agriculture.
