Objective: To study the significance of the changes of serum lipids, blood glucose and liver enzymes in patients with fatty liver. Methods: One hundred patients with fatty liver and 100 non-fatty liver patients from January 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital were selected as the experimental group and the control group for comparative analysis. The fasting blood glucose, blood glucose, Hepatic enzymology indicators, statistical analysis. Results: The level of total cholesterol and triglyceride in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The mean blood glucose level was 6.8 ± 1.6 mmol / L in the experimental group and 4.3 ± 0.6 mmol / L in the control group. The experimental group had higher blood glucose level than the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P <0.05). The levels of ALT, AST and r-GT in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: During the physical examination, the patients’ blood lipids, blood glucose and liver enzymological indexes are monitored to evaluate the possibility of fatty liver disease in patients, so that they can be prevented and treated in advance. The blood lipids, blood glucose and liver function Enzymatic indicators for clinical diagnosis and prevention of disease provide a reference, timely prevention, receive early treatment.
