绩效评价一直是微观经济体系中的核心问题之一,随着我国市场经济的发展不断深入,完善企业业绩评价的作用越来越明显,同时与之相关的问题也随之而来。如何建立一个科学、合理的企业业绩评价体系成为企业和学者们研究的热点。本文在回顾我国企业业绩评价体系的发展历程的基础上,简要指出了现存的突出问题,并进一步为完善企业业绩评价体系提供个人的几点建议。
Performance evaluation has always been one of the core issues in the microeconomic system. With the continuous deepening of the development of the market economy in our country, the perfection of perfecting the performance evaluation of enterprises has become more and more obvious. At the same time, problems related to it have also come along with it. How to establish a scientific and reasonable enterprise performance evaluation system has become a hot spot for enterprises and scholars. On the basis of reviewing the development history of the enterprise performance evaluation system in our country, this article briefly points out the outstanding problems existing in the enterprise performance evaluation system and provides several suggestions for perfecting the enterprise performance evaluation system.
