急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是临床常见的急性呼吸衰竭,机械通气是ARDS主要的支持手段,尽管呼吸支持技术在不断改进,但ARDS病死率仍居高不下。肺应力和应变是真正反映ARDS肺力学机制的指标,密切监测肺应力和应变并指导保护性通气的实施,为重症ARDS治疗提供新思路。
Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a common clinical acute respiratory failure, mechanical ventilation is the main support means of ARDS, ARDS mortality remains high despite continuous improvement in respiratory support technology. Pulmonary stress and strain are indicators that truly reflect the mechanics of ARDS. To monitor lung stress and strain closely and to guide the implementation of protective ventilation provides new ideas for the treatment of severe ARDS.
