目的研究穿龙薯蓣Dioscorea nipponica地上部分的化学成分。方法应用提取、萃取及色谱技术进行分离纯化,得到的单体化合物,依据理化性质和光谱数据(1H-NMR、13C-NMR、HMQC和HMBC)分析鉴定其结构。结果得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为1,7-双-(4-羟基苯基)-1,4,6-庚三烯-3-酮(1)、1,7-双-(4-羟基苯基)-4,6-庚二烯-3-酮(2)、4,4′-二羟基-3,3′-二甲氧基-反式-1,2-二苯乙烯(3)、山柰酚(4)、芦丁(5)、4-羟基苯乙醇-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖苷(6)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(7)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸(8)、对羟基苯甲酸(9)、对羟基苯乙酸(10)、儿茶酚(11)、麦角甾醇过氧化物(12)。结论化合物1、3、5、6、9、12为首次从该属植物中得到;化合物4、7、8为首次从该植物中得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of aerial parts of Dioscorea nipponica. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by extraction, extraction and chromatography. Their structures were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, HMQC and HMBC). As a result, 12 compounds were obtained and identified as 1,7-bis- (4-hydroxyphenyl) -1,4,6-heptatrien-3-one Phenyl) -4,6-heptadiene-3-one (2), 4,4’- dihydroxy- 3,3’- dimethoxy-trans- 1,2-stilbene (3) , Kaempferol (4), rutin (5), 4-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid Hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid (8), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (9), p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (10), catechol (11) and ergosterol peroxide (12). Conclusions Compounds 1, 3, 5, 6, 9 and 12 were obtained from this genus for the first time. Compounds 4, 7 and 8 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
