目的研究S波段高功率微波 (HPM )辐照后大鼠心脏结构与功能的改变。方法采用 2~ 5 0mW /cm2 的S波段HPM模拟源辐照 180只Wistar雄性大鼠 ,应用多道生理记录仪和全自动生化检测仪检测大鼠心率、血压、血清离子浓度及天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST)含量变化并观察心脏组织结构的改变。结果HPM辐照后大鼠肛温升高不明显 ;10mW /cm2 以上HPM辐射后大鼠心率呈先加快后减慢的双相改变、血压于照后 6h和 3d呈升高的双峰趋势 ;血清离子平衡失调及AST浓度升高 ;心肌纤维排列紊乱 ,颗粒变性甚至肌浆凝聚 ,窦房结P细胞坏死 ,蒲肯野纤维溶解。上述改变呈一定的剂量效应关系。结论一定功率密度的HPM辐射可造成大鼠心脏结构和功能的改变 ,此效应属于非热效应 ,且与辐照剂量呈正相关。
Objective To study the changes of cardiac structure and function in rats after S-band high power microwave (HPM) irradiation. Methods 180 Wistar male rats were irradiated by 2 ~ 500mW / cm2 S-band HPM simulation source. The heart rate, blood pressure, serum ion concentration and aspartate in rats were measured by multi-channel physiology recorder and automatic biochemical analyzer Aminotransferase (AST) content changes and observed changes in cardiac tissue structure. Results The rectal temperature did not increase significantly after HPM irradiation. The heart rate of the rats after HPM irradiation of 10 mW / cm2 increased first and then slowed down. The blood pressure showed a doublet peak at 6h and 3d after irradiation. Serum ion imbalance and elevated AST concentration; myocardial fiber disorder, granular degeneration or even sarcopenia, sinus node P cell necrosis, Purkinje fiber lysis. The above changes showed a dose-response relationship. Conclusion HPM radiation with a certain power density can cause changes of cardiac structure and function in rats, which is non-thermal and has a positive correlation with radiation dose.
