研制了一种可工作于强磁场、强干扰环境下的快响应真空电离规(快规)。介绍了快规的结构、原理、设计梗概和在HL 2A装置偏滤器室中原位测量中性气体压强的实验结果。无磁场时,在压强1×10-5~6×10-1Pa的范围内,快规的线性度良好,H2压强的测量上限为1.5Pa,He压强的测量上限为4Pa,覆盖了目前HL 2A装置偏滤器的运行范围;快规处磁感应强度在0 6T左右时,其灵敏度约提高至无磁场下的3倍。快规的响应时间小于4ms,并且具有较强的抗干扰能力。
Developed a fast response vacuum ionization gauge (fast gauge) that can work in strong magnetic field and strong interference environment. The structure, principle, design outline and experimental results of in situ measurement of neutral gas pressure in the divertor chamber of HL 2A are introduced. In the absence of a magnetic field, the linearity of the fast gauge is good in the pressure range of 1 × 10 -5 -6 × 10 -1 Pa, the upper limit of the measurement of the H2 pressure is 1.5 Pa and the upper limit of the measurement of the He pressure is 4 Pa, covering the current HL 2A Device divertor operating range; fast regulatory magnetic induction at about 0 6T, its sensitivity increased to about 3 times the magnetic field. Fast regulatory response time of less than 4ms, and has strong anti-interference ability.
