本文介绍了该厂新近研制成功的强韧TiC基和TiCN基硬质合金刀具的材质特性、切削特性和应用范围。新合金刀具的耐用度可比WC基YT和YW类合金提高1～4倍,工件加工表面光洁度可提高1～2级。
This article describes the material properties, cutting characteristics and application areas of the newly developed tough TiC-based and TiCN-based cemented carbide tools. New alloy cutting tool durability than WC-based YT and YW alloy increased by 1 to 4 times the workpiece surface finish can be improved by 1 to 2 levels.
