当前企业竞争日趋激烈,企业所面对的经营环境变化复杂。“互联网+”越来越深刻地影响着各行各业,影响着企业的生产经营管理。作为企业管理的核心——财务管理,在当前环境下正面临极大的挑战与冲击。如果财务管控不当,企业经营将面临较大的财务风险,影响企业的管理效率,进而制约企业的健康快速发展。对于多产业的N公司来说,如何探索、选择推行适应企业健康发展的财务管控模式显得较为重要。笔者从N公司产业构成的问题背景入手,探索新的财务管控模式,即产业+会计“的财务管控,实现公司财务价值创造增值。
