湖州市南浔区与上海市、江苏省毗邻,有全国最大的地板交易市场和华东地区最大的胶合板交易市场,年交易额超过70亿元。常住人口34万,年登记暂住人口4.5万,非暂住的流动人口年140万人次,年发案1800多起,占湖州市(七个县、区)总数15％。每年发生凶杀案3～6起。义乌市是全国闻名的小商品城,年营业额近220亿元,在国内外还有许多分市场,常住人口67万,暂住人口47万,日均流动人口15万。义乌是浙江省发案最高的县级市之一,2000年发案9245起,其中凶杀案32起,刑事发案最多的一天达到88起,“十天一起凶杀案,两天一起诈骗案,一天一起抢劫案,每时一起盗窃案”是几年来的一种基本态势。

There are many sub-markets both at home and abroad with a permanent resident population of 670,000 and a temporary population of 470,000 with an average daily floating population of 150,000. Yiwu is one of the highest county-level cities in Zhejiang Province. In 2000, there were 9,245 crimes, of which 32 were homicide cases and 88 reached the maximum during the criminal cases. “Homicides were murdered in ten days, One robbery a day together with theft every hour ”is a basic trend in recent years.
