许多问题少年追究其成长历程大多数在童年时期都有心理阴影。如何减少童年期心理阴影的形成是心理健康教育必须探究的问题。尝试着引导儿童通过书写心语进行心理调适。第一步:利用心理健康课向儿童深入浅出地讲授心理健康及心理咨询知识。第二步:制作一周心灵的晴雨表,关注自己的情绪变化。第三步:结合学习、生活事件,适时要求书写心语,调整情绪。第四步:结题,把心里的消极情绪写下来扔进心灵垃圾袋里。经过一年的教学实践研究,学生的心理调适能力提高了。在实践过程中,教师对心理健康教育探究的水平也提高了。他们更加严格遵守保密性原则,更主动地运用同理心跟学生进行换位思考,更善于把握时机引导学生进行心理调适,更灵活地把心理学的知识运用于教学实践中。
