目的:为定量分析生化丸的质量提供有效手段。方法:用RP-HPLC法对生化丸中阿魏酸的含量进行测定。固定相为HYPERSILBDSC18柱,4.6(i.d.)×200mm;流动相为甲醇-5%冰醋酸水溶液(25∶75);检测波长为322nm。结果:2种成药阿魏酸含量最高为0.82mg/g;最低为0.44mg/g。结论:测定生化丸中阿魏酸含量对控制生化丸的质量有重要意义
Objective: To provide an effective method for quantitative analysis of the quality of Biochemical Pills. Methods: The contents of ferulic acid in Biochemical Pills were determined by RP-HPLC. The stationary phase was HYPERSILBDSC18 column, 4.6 (i.d.) × 200mm; the mobile phase was methanol-5% acetic acid aqueous solution (25:75); the detection wavelength was 322nm. Results: The highest content of ferulic acid in the two drugs was 0.82mg / g and the lowest was 0.44mg / g. Conclusion: Determination of biochemical pills ferulic acid content of the quality control of biochemical pills of great significance
