采用THF作为惰性共溶剂,可与废煎炸油和甲醇形成三元互溶体系,此体系下的均相酯交换反应比传统的两相酯交换反应快得多,催化剂H2SO4加入量4%,反应温度64℃,醇油摩尔比21∶1,反应时间3h,反应产率即可达99%以上。 Using THF as an inert co-solvent can form a ternary mutual solubility system with waste frying oil and methanol. The homogeneous transesterification reaction in this system is much faster than the traditional two-phase transesterification reaction. The amount of H2SO4 catalyst added is 4% The temperature is 64 ℃, the molar ratio of alcohol to oil is 21:1, the reaction time is 3h, the reaction yield can reach over 99%.
