患儿男性,3个月,全身出现多数结节,肤色进行性苍白2个月,咳嗽10余天,发热4天,1984年3月12日住院。患儿为足月顺产第一胎,出生后第三天面呈灰黄色、吸奶无力、不哭,无抽搐。第七天发现右下唇内侧粘膜有米粒大肿物,并逐渐呈弥漫性增大,生后10余天肤色逐渐苍白,35天后在右耳后、头、面、颈、胸、腹、背先后出现李子大结节约数十枚,逐渐增大。入院前10余天流涕、咳嗽,近4天来发热38°～39℃,吃奶和精神差。先在当地就医后转我科检查。
