针对冷轧连续退火带钢表面麻点缺陷,结合连续退火机组的设备与工艺特点,对麻点缺陷产生原因进行了分析,并提出相应预防措施。结果表明,由于退火炉内O2含量及气氛露点控制不当及张力控制不好造成炉辊打滑导致结瘤,在带钢表面形成麻点。实际生产中,严格控制炉内O2含量在0.003%~0.005%,气氛露点控制在-30~-45℃,并结合张力控制、来料清洁度控制及炉辊在线清理等,可预防麻点的形成。
Aiming at the defects of pitting defects on the surface of cold-rolled continuous annealing strip, the causes of pitting defects were analyzed and the corresponding precautionary measures were put forward in combination with the characteristics of equipment and process of continuous annealing unit.
