【目的】探讨四川茂县儿童结核病发病率的空间地理分布模式及规律,为儿童结核病的有效防控提供科学依据。【方法】采用地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)技术和趋势面分析方法对结核病相关资料进行分析处理。【结果】海拔和人均年收入分布与儿童结核病发病率之间有明显的相关性(r=0.671,P=0.021和r=0.703,P=0.032);儿童结核病发病率高发区分布以雅都乡、曲谷乡、维城乡、洼底乡为中心,且随着与该地区的距离的加大,发病率逐渐降低。【结论】四川茂县儿童结核病发病率呈明显的地域分布规律。
【Objective】 To explore the spatial and geographical patterns and rules of tuberculosis incidence in children in Maoxian County, Sichuan Province, and to provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of childhood tuberculosis. 【Method】 The TB-related data were analyzed and processed by Geographic Information System (GIS) and trend surface analysis. 【Results】 The distribution of altitude and per capita annual income was significantly correlated with the incidence of childhood tuberculosis (r = 0.671, P = 0.021 and r = 0.703, P = 0.032). The incidence of tuberculosis in children was higher in Yadu , Qugu Township, Weicheng Township, Wadi Township as the center, and as the distance from the area increased, the incidence rate gradually decreased. 【Conclusion】 The prevalence of tuberculosis among children in Maoxian County in Sichuan Province shows obvious geographical distribution.
