1975年,为某汽车制造厂完成了铸工震压式造型机框架的刚度核算任务,满足了生产上的需要。本文是该项工作的业务小结。本文简介空间杆系结构的有限单元法(位移法),提供杆件单元刚度矩阵的一般形式、结构总刚度矩阵的组集原理、位移边界条件的简便处理及求杆件内力的通用公式;并用自编的通用程序计算造型机空间框架的变位与内力,算例是在某单位“DJS—14”机上进行的。
In 1975, for a car factory to complete the casting machine vibration compression molding machine frame stiffness accounting tasks to meet the production needs. This article is the business summary of this work. In this paper, the finite element method (displacement method) of the spatial bar structure is introduced to provide the general form of the stiffness matrix of the bar element, the principle of the assembly of the total stiffness matrix of the structure, the simple handling of the displacement boundary conditions and the general formula for finding the internal force of the bar element. The self-compiled general program calculates the displacement and internal forces of the modeling machine space frame. The example is performed on a unit “DJS-14”.
