2004年7月1日晚,当苏州传来第二十八届世界遗产大会通过中国申报的明清故宫拓展项目——沈阳故宫和明清皇家陵寝拓展项目——盛京三陵(永陵、福陵、昭陵)的评审,项目被正式列入世界遗产名录的消息时,本刊要讲述的故事是,有一个人与此有关,他的行动关乎一座城市乃至一个省。于是,我们透过历史向他看过去,努力感受这个十年偿一愿的人把栏杆拍遍的沈阳故宫情结,他就是——支运亭:沈阳故宫申报世界文化遗产第一人。
On the evening of July 1, 2004, when the 28th World Heritage Convention in Suzhou passed the Ming and Qing Dynasty Palace Expansion Project declared by China - the Imperial Palace in Shenyang and the imperial tombs expansion project in the Ming and Qing Dynasties - the Ming Tombs (Yongling, Fuling, Zhaoling). When the project was formally listed on the World Heritage List, the story to be covered in this magazine is that there is one person involved in this action, which is related to one city and even one province. So we look to him through history and try hard to feel the complex of the Shenyang Imperial Palace patrolling the balustrade for ten years. He is the first person to declare World Cultural Heritage in Shenyang’s Imperial Palace.
