在人才竞争激烈的社会背景下,全力打造一支高素质的教师队伍,对民办高职院校来说,是一项艰巨而又意义深远的工作。对民办高职院校在引进人才工作方面所存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决方案。
In a fiercely competitive social environment, it is an arduous but far-reaching task for non-government higher vocational institutes to create a contingent of highly qualified teachers. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the private higher vocational colleges in the introduction of talents and puts forward solutions.
