目的 探讨“泻肺补脾益肾”针刺法联合西药对放射性肺炎的疗效.方法 纳入我院2018年5月-2020年5月期间的放射性肺炎患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组45例及对照组45例,给予对照组常规西药治疗,观察组增加“泻肺补脾益肾”针刺法,比较两组总有效率、KPS评分、激素使用时间、抗生素使用时间.结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组,KPS评分高于对照组,激素使用时间、抗生素使用时间短于对照组,P<0.05.结论?“泻肺补脾益肾”针刺法联合西药治疗放射性肺炎的疗效显著,可明显改善患者生活质量,缩短激素以及抗生素的使用时间.
