三轴电气传动摇摆台是集机、电、仪及计算机于一体的高精度物理仿真试验系统,其功能主要是通过对位置、转速、电流三闭环的控制得以实现。传统三闭环系统脉动大,抗干扰能力不强,通过对传统三闭环调速系统的转速环接入微分负反馈,可以明显改善系统的性能。Simulink仿真结果表明,接入微分负反馈后,系统的脉动大大减小,抗干扰能力明显增强,达到比较理想的跟踪效果。在工程上具有实际的应用价值。
Three-axis electric drive swing table is a set of machines, electricity, instruments and computers in one high-precision physical simulation test system, its function is mainly through the position, speed, current three closed loop control can be achieved. The traditional three closed-loop system has large ripple and low anti-jamming capability. By adding differential negative feedback to the speed loop of the traditional three-closed-loop speed control system, the performance of the system can be obviously improved. Simulink simulation results show that after the differential negative feedback is connected, the pulsation of the system is greatly reduced and the anti-interference ability is obviously enhanced, so that the ideal tracking effect is achieved. In engineering has practical value.
