目的:观察强心益气汤对多柔比星致急性心衰大鼠心功能的影响及机制。方法:一次性腹腔注射多柔比星10mg/kg,复制急性心衰大鼠模型。强心益气汤灌胃6d后,观察心室内压变化、血清中超氧化物歧化酶(super oxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量的影响以及观察心肌病理形态学的改变。结果:强心益气汤各组均能不同程度改善血流动力学并能明显升高血清SOD、降低MDA含量;HE染色结果显示,强心益气汤各组心肌细胞变性坏死明显减轻。结论:强心益气汤能够明显改善多柔比星心肌毒性导致的急性心衰,该作用可能与调节大鼠体内自由基代谢及增强心脏泵血功能有关。
Objective: To observe the effect and mechanism of Qiangxin Yiqi Decoction on cardiac function in acute heart failure rats induced by doxorubicin. METHODS: One-time intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin 10 mg/kg was used to replicate the acute heart failure rat model. Six days after the administration of Qiangxin Yiqi Decoction, the changes of intraventricular pressure, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in serum were observed, and the changes of myocardial pathomorphology were observed. Results: Qiangxinyiqi decoction can improve the hemodynamics and increase the serum SOD and MDA content in different degrees. HE staining results showed that the degeneration and necrosis of cardiomyocytes in Qianxinyiqi decoction group was significantly reduced. Conclusion: Qiangxin Yiqi Decoction can significantly improve acute heart failure caused by doxorubicin-induced myocardial toxicity. This effect may be related to the regulation of free radical metabolism in rats and the enhancement of cardiac pump function.
