目的:观察复方鹿花盘胶囊对实验性乳腺增生小鼠乳腺组织形态学及血清黄体生成素(LH)含量的影响。方法:采用苯甲酸雌二醇腹腔注射制造乳腺增生模型,观察复方鹿花盘胶囊对乳腺增生小鼠乳腺组织形态学的变化及对血清性激素LH含量的影响。结果:三个剂量组能不同程度的降低乳腺增生小鼠乳腺组织形态方面的各项指标,并呈现一定的剂量依赖性,而高剂量组有降低血清LH含量的作用。结论:复方鹿花盘胶囊能改善乳腺增生小鼠乳腺组织形态学各项指标,以高剂量组效果较显著,并且高剂量组有降低LH含量作用,总体好于西药他莫昔芬。
Objective: To observe the effect of compound deerhuapan capsule on breast tissue morphology and serum luteinizing hormone (LH) in experimental mammary gland hyperplasia mice. Methods: Breast hyperplasia model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of estradiol benzoate. The morphological changes of mammary gland in mammary gland hyperplasia mice and the effect on serum LH level were observed. Results: The three dose groups could reduce the various aspects of mammary gland morphology of mammary gland hyperplasia mice in a dose-dependent manner, while the high dose group had the effect of reducing serum LH content. Conclusion: The compound deerhuapan capsule can improve various indicators of mammary gland histomorphology in mammary gland hyperplasia mice. The effect of high dose group is obvious, and the high dose group has the effect of reducing LH content, which is better than tamoxifen.
