目的在成功筛选出一株具备很强抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌生长的短小芽孢杆菌(USTB-06)基础上,重点在其发酵液对白鼠烧伤模型的治疗效果进行了研究,取得了可以治愈大白鼠烧伤的良好效果。方法16S rDNA基因PCR扩增产物序列分析鉴定筛选菌种,抑菌试验和白鼠烧伤模型试验。结果鉴定筛选菌为短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus USTB-06);采用短小芽孢杆菌发酵液直接喷洒于大白鼠烧伤伤口表面,可以明显加快创面的愈合。结论筛选的菌种为短小芽孢杆菌,其发酵液不仅可以明显抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌的生长,而且可以促进大白鼠Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合,具有重要的应用开发前景。
Objective Based on the successful screening of a strain of Bacillus pumilus (USTB-06) that strongly inhibits the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, we focused on the therapeutic effect of its fermentation broth on the rat model of burn injury and obtained Can cure the good effect of burns in rats. Methods 16S rDNA gene PCR amplification product sequence analysis identified strains, antibacterial test and rat model of burn test. Results The identified bacteria were Bacillus pumilus USTB-06. Using Bacillus pumilus broth directly sprayed on the surface of burn wounds in rats, the healing of wounds could be obviously accelerated. Conclusion The selected strain is Bacillus pumilus. The fermentation broth not only can significantly inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, but also can promote the healing of the second degree burn wounds in rats, which has an important prospect of application and development.
